Blink will provide research, strategy, and design of the next-generation NASA TV. NASA seeks to transition NASA Television from traditional, linear 24/7 “channels” distributed over satellite to a robust, on-demand, nonlinear streaming service distributed via terrestrial networks to multiple internal and external platforms, including consumer over-the-top (OTT) and internet-accessible devices.
