JPL Website Usability and Brand Perception Research 

 

This project was designed to test the usability of the recently redesigned JPL website, as well as general perceptions about JPL. The Communications team at JPL has implemented many of Blink’s recommendations from the 2020 JPL Brand Research study and the data shows it has yielded excellent results.
